We removed brick fireplace, structural wall separating kitchen & living rooms
Installed steel columns & large wood beam to completely open up rooms.
This is a unique dual island layout.
One working island & one sitting & entertaining island
With extra expensive Brazilian Granite, we installed a waterfall feature & used extra material on cook top back splash.
All custom cabinets all new lighting. New Vinyl plank flooring (looks like wood)
